In August, 2008, Skyline was invited to the design contest for SPEM's Show Room and won the bid to design and build it as an integrated project.

State Grid is a large scaled State Owned corporation, and was ranked 24th in Fortune 500. It is by far the largest in the world of its kind. SPEM is a subsidiary of State Grid. The Show Room covers two floors with an area of over 200 square meters. The client aims to build the exhibition with modern concept and set it an example for state-owned companies.
