On September 3, 2009, Skyline participated the design bidding for Huaian State Taxation Education Center. After rounds of competition, Skyline succeeded in winning the project without any suspence.

The Huaian Culture and Educational Center for State Taxation aims to provide a window for all people to learn about taxation, to know more about Huaian through it's taxation history. According to project timeline, the exhibition hall will be completed by the end of this year.
