With efforts from all sides, the Huaian State Taxation Culture & Education Center opens on the 7th of Decemeber, exactly as the client had planned a month ago. Skyline's team started the construction on the 5th of November, and Skyline were fully aware that realizing a 500 sqm within one month was a real challenge.
Skyline won this project at the beginning of September, after rounds of bidding.
As Mr. Qu, the Project Surpervisor, reveals:" To complete such a project within such a short time is a pressure. However, Skyline never lives up to clients' expectation". Under his overall direction, the project went on smoothly. A task team was set up consisting of project manager, exhibition designer, CAD designer, graphic designer, Multimedia designer, copywriter and site engineers. The team spirit was well demonstrated at the construction site. |

Meanwhile, each menber of the team take an active role in coordination with clients and suppliers, thus enhancing the proficiency a lot. For graphic designers and site engineers, for instnce, they used to work very late in the night, however they still arrived at the site early the next day. Tight as the timeline was, they never loose any control on the project quality. |
Besides Skyline's high sense of responsibility and quality control, clients' close cooperation also contributes to the successful completion of the project within 30 days. Otherwise, "This would be a Mission Impossible", as joked by the local constructions workers.

On the 18th of December, Party Secretary Mr. Liu and Bureau Chief came for the opening ceremony. . Mr. Liu said that the Taxation Educatin and Culture Base would play an important role in helping poeple understanding State Taxation, and he spoke highly of the exhibition itself. |
