On July 15, 2011, the 3rd Summit of Exhibition Industry in Western China opens at Harbin of Heilongjiang Province. The summit was co-hosted by CCPIT and Heilongjiang Government.

The theme of this Summit is Invention,Creativeness and Development, aiming to discuss how to share the advantageous resources of both East China and the West, and how to creat featured exhibitions in these areas. Both government officials and academic representatives attended the summit dialogure.

Also at the summit, the 5th batch of exhibition companies were granted Grade 1 Certificates of Exhibition Engineering and Construcion. Standing proudly in the batch is Skyline Exhibitions.
