At the invitation of Hongqiao Linkong Business Park, Skyline participated the design competition of the client's Show Room. Skyline completed the design proposal with an excellent theme planning and creative yet rational space defining. The concept of "the Fifth Avenue" runs through the exhibiton space, impressing visitors with a never-forgetful experience.

New York's Fifth Avenue is best known as an unrivaled shopping street. Nothing beats a stroll down the street where upscale retailer presents their prestigious products. Inspired by its high quality and taste, Changning is planning "Hongqiao Fifth Avenue" at Linkong business park.Starting from Metro Line 2's Songhong Road Station, the street will feature underpass, sky-bridge and pedestrian sector. Extending north to Zhujiabang, its length totals 1993 meters.

``The name bears Linkong's dream and confidence to become the center of West Shanghai,'' said Zhu Ping, who is in charge of Linkong business park. "We hope it can become a hub for business, residences, shopping, culture and tourism."

According to Zhu, Hongqiao Fifth Avenue shares common characteristics with the renowned Fifth Avenue in New York.

Skyline deem this proposal as their one of the best proposals for industrial development zone or business park in China.
